how I work
I’m here to make planning your wedding ceremony as stress-free and easy as possible.
With my easy-to-follow process, every detail will be covered so everything runs smoothly before and during your wedding, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.

Give me a call, drop me a text, send me an email, or reach out via social media. If I am not available immediately, I will get back to you in a timely manner.
Let’s get together!
It is important for both parties to feel comfortable and relaxed, so an initial obligation-free meeting is a must to ensure that we are a good fit. I am happy to host you at my home office, or perhaps over a coffee or a glass of wine at a mutually agreed location.
Choose your package
Assuming we are a good fit for each other, a simple engagement of my services contract is signed – this is a legally binding contract and will require you to deposit 50% of your chosen package to Lakeside Celebrant within 7 days.
Once your deposit is received, the exciting journey begins.
We share resoucres
You will receive an eBook and various important documents and forms from the Lakeside Celebrant, for your perusal, and the request of some information. Your information is treated with absolute discretion as per our Privacy Policy.
Meeting 2
A second meeting will be scheduled within 2 weeks of our initial get-together.
If you are getting married, you will be required to bring all of your identification documents to the meeting, and other information you have filled out from our initial communications with Lakeside Celebrant. At this stage, we will sign a NOTICE OF INTENTION of MARRIAGE. (NOIM) as per the requirement for marriage application via the Attorney General’s Office.
Further communication
Depending on the length of time until your ceremony, a schedule of zoom meetings will be set, so that we are touching base regularly and creating the perfect ceremony. You have unlimited contact with me via phone or email throughout the entire journey.
2 weeks before your big day!
final payment due
By now we will have everything mapped out for your perfect day.
To ensure everything is in place, I request that the final 50% balance of your Lakeside Celebrant invoice is paid t least 14 days prior to the date of your ceremony.
Rehearsal meeting
This is an extremely important part of the planning of your ceremony. I like to schedule this as close to your special day as possible.
This is a time to iron out any technical, geographical, or environmental issues. In the case of your wedding, there are a few important documents to sign at this stage too.
Celebration Day!
I will arrive at your venue no later than 90 minutes prior to the commencement of your ceremony.
I will liaise with your venue coordinators, photographers, musicians, florists, caterers, and guests, to ensure that your day runs seamlessly, and the delivery of your ceremony is flawless.
14 days prior
By now we will have everything mapped out for your perfect day.
